ENOSBURG FALLS - Alice H. Maloney, age 92, passed away Saturday evening October 6, 2007 at the Haven Health Care Facility with her loving family at her side.
\tShe was born August 23, 1915 in Brockton, MA the daughter of the late Miller E. & Lillian (Woodward) DeCost.
\tShe was a former resident of Brockton, MA where she was a member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church and was a book keeper at A&P Grocery. She moved to Enosburg Falls in 1984 and attended St. John the Baptist Catholic Church. In 1996 she made her home at the former Verdelle Village Nursing Home now Haven Health Care. Alice enjoyed the ocean, and spending time with her family. They will always remember her as a loving and caring person. She was also an accomplished pianist and seamstress
\tShe is survived by her children, Robert Miller and his wife Vittori of Spring Valley, CA, Jeanne S. Britch of Lakeland, FL and Sheila Young of Monponsett, MA; 13 Grandchildren, several great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. Besides her parents she was predeceased by her first husband, Edgar Miller; and her second husband, Leonard Maloney; her siblings, Arthur DeCost, Leon DeCost, William DeCost, Bernice Lucier, and Lillian Olsson.
\tIn keeping with Alices wishes she will be cremated. There will be no services or visiting hours.
