ENOSBURG FALLS - Audrey E. Spears, age 91, passed away Tuesday February 5, 2008 at Our Lady of the Meadows in Richford.
She was born September 7, 1916 in Montgomery, VT the daughter of the late Almon & Jessie (Bonnette) Hart.
She was a resident of Enosburg Falls for the past 26 years and was a former resident of Montgomery. Audrey was an avid reader and enjoyed talking politics with her grandson, Tom
She is survived by her daughter, Frances Rivers; a grandson, Thomas Rivers; and a great granddaughter, Shelby Rivers all of Enosburg Falls. She was predeceased by her 1st husband, Arthur Dixie Lumbra; her 2nd husband, Merle Saulters; and her 3rd husband George Spears; her brothers, Raymond & Max Hart; her sisters, Beatrice Deuso, and Vila Paronto; and her son-in-law, Richard Pete Rivers.
Funeral services will be held Thursday morning February 7, 2008 at 10:00 AM at the Spears Funeral home, 96 Dickinson Ave., Enosburg Falls with Pastor Lyle Willey officiating. Interment will take place next spring in St. Isidores Cemetery in Montgomery Center.
A time of visitation will be held at the funeral home on Thursday from 9:00 Am until the hour of the funeral.
