Beverly Grace Poirier

MONTGOMERY - Beverly Poirier, age 92, passed away on Sunday, June 7, 2026 at Our Lady of the Meadows in Richford.

She was born October 24, 1933 in Montgomery to the late William & Ethel (Stetson) Brooks.

Beverly spent her life immersed in the warmth of family and community. She was a devoted care provider for children, known not only for her nurturing spirit but also for her remarkable skills as a seamstress. Throughout her life, she took great pride in her work, creating beautiful pieces that showcased her creativity and craftsmanship. In addition to her roles as a homemaker and childcare provider, she enjoyed part-time work at the toy factory.

As the years passed, Beverly found joy alongside her late husband, attending lawn sales and engaging with the many new people they met. Her kindness, warmth, and genuine curiosity about others left a lasting impression on all who had the privilege of knowing her.

She is survived by her children, Harvey Poirier and his wife Mary, and Todd Poirier and his wife Lori; grandchildren, Jesse Poirier and his wife Leilani, and Nicolas Poirier; her great grandchild, Matthias; and several nieces & nephews. In addition to her parents, Beverly was predeceased by her husband, James Everett Poirier; their son, Randy Poirier; and her sisters, Gyneth Lumbra, and Juanita Malone.

Friends & family are invited to Beverly's life celebration on Saturday, June 13, 2026 to include visitation from 10-11:00 AM followed with a funeral service at 11:00 AM at the Goss-Spears Life Celebration Home, 96 Dickinson Avenue, Enosburg Falls, VT. Interment will follow in the East Berkshire Cemetery.
