MONTGOMERY - Charlotte M. Deuso, age 90, passed away peacefully on Sunday, October 6, 2019 at St. Albans Health and Rehab in St. Albans surrounded by her loving family.

Charlotte married David, the love of her life in 1946 and they began running a family dairy farm together. She also worked in food service at Alpine Haven and Jay Peak. She was always willing to lend a hand at the Montgomery Methodist church bazaars and events and enjoyed driving elderly folks to their doctors appointments. Charlotte made it a priority to care for everyone around her, always unselfishly putting herself last. She was formally recognized for her heroic efforts in 1997 for alerting the Montgomery Fire Department of the rising waters and lives that were in jeopardy. Charlotte enjoyed lawn sales, auctions and crafting. But above all, spending time with her family was what made her the happiest. Her kindness and love will be missed by all that were honored to have known her.
