Dale Bruce Greenwood, 59 passed away Monday, June 4, 2007 at The Hospice of Volusia/Flagler in Port Orange, FL. He was born in St. Albans, VT on October 13, 1947 son of the late Henry and Kathleen (Ploof) Greenwood.
He graduated from Franklin High School in the class of 1967. He worked for area businesses in Vermont operating heavy equipment until 1974 when he moved to Florida. He continued with construction work until declining health forced him to retire.
He is survived by his wife Hannah (Cayen) Greenwood of DeLeon Springs, FL; a sister Darlene Cooper and her husband Richard of Franklin; two nieces, Trula Southwick, her husband David and their children Coleman and Madison of Sheldon; and Teja Cooper of Colchester; two stepsons Dale Robert Morey and Daniel Morey of New York.
There will be no visitation. A private graveside service will be held at St. Marys Cemetery in Franklin at the convenience of the family.
