Earl Wade Paquette

Swanton

SWANTON – Earl Wade Paquette, age 57, passed away on Monday, July 4, 2022, at his home with his loving family and friends by his side.

He was born in Westfield, Massachusetts, on October 4, 1964, to the late Mary (Bean) and Bernard Paquette Sr., the fourth of seven children.

Earl worked for LWI Metal Works as a welder/fabricator and proudly held the title of shop Foreman. He even took his passion for welding home to work on personal projects welding the most random things. While also enjoys fishing and ice fishing, especially with his nephew Josh. And pretending to be knowledgeable of birds while sitting and waiting for them to make a visit. Spent countless hours road hunting with his daughters, even if he had to repeatedly tell them to quiet down or they would scare the deer away. When his daughters gave up on hunting, his interest quickly turned to collecting different guns and shooting them with his brother Timmy. At any get together, you could find him playing horseshoes and consistently winning, of course, if you asked him. Earl enjoyed anything with a motor but cherished riding his Harley Davidson. Sitting on his porch and ordering out for pizza while watching a storm was one of his favorite activities, which he shared with his daughters, who acquired the tradition.

He will be best known to many as a stubborn, sarcastic, loving, and loyal person who was always there whenever he was needed.

He is survived by his children and their families, Kayla Paquette and her children, Loki and Kilian Reed, Karly Paquette and her pup, Bo; and Korey Paquette and her significant other Josh Peck; six siblings and their families, Bernard (Peanut) Paquette's children; Jonathan Paquette, Josh Ives, and Taylor Paquette; Kimberly Sartwell and her husband, Charles Sartwell and their daughter; Jenn Sartwell; and her 7 adopted grandchildren; Timmy Paquette and his wife Melissa and their daughters; Katie and Shelby Paquette, Michael Paquette and his sons; Michael and Dustin Paquette, Joanne Paquette and her sons; Brian and Tyler Corwell; half-sister Crystal Bean Paquette and her children; Crystina Paquette and William Bean. Earl was predeceased by his nephew Chuck Sartwell; and brother, Bernard (Peanut) Paquette.
