James King

ENOSBURG FALLS- James R. King, age 81, passed away on Friday, December 9, 2023 at his home.

He was born in Newport on November 3, 1942 to the late Russell and Marion (Blancher) King.

He is survived by his children and their families, Daniel King of Richford, Aaron King and his wife Crystal and their children Madelyn and Gloria of Richford, and Clarissa King and her son Bryce of White River; an older sister, Audrey Kiepper of Kansas; and his neighbors on the Longley Bridge Road who checked in on him and helped him from time to time. He was predeceased by his parents.

In keeping with Jim's wishes, a private service will be held next spring at the convenience of his family.
