Jennifer L. Stanhope

BERKSHIRE - Jennifer L. Stanhope, age 48, passed away after a brief illness with her loving family by her side on Sunday, July 1, 2018 at the VNA Respite House in Colchester.

Jennifer was born in Caribou, Maine on November 14, 1969 the daughter of the late Judith (Conroy) Dussault and step-daughter of Daniel Dussault.

Her life revolved around her family. She loved hosting family gatherings and spending time with her children, grand children, and great grandchildren. Jennifer also enjoyed cooking, reading, shopping, getting her toe nails painted, and working in her garden.

She is survived by her husband, David Stanhope Sr. of Berkshire; their children, Christopher Stanhope and his significant other, Bambi Billings of St. Albans, and Samantha Griffis and her husband Brian of Richford; step-children, David Stanhope Jr. and his wife Rebecca of East Berkshire, Shirley Sylva and her husband Robert of Richford, Lisa Murray and her husband Henry of Richford, and Camellia Harrell and her husband Terry of Homerville, GA; 19 grandchildren & 4 great grandchildren; her brother Tim Dussault and his wife Theda and several nieces & nephews. Jennifer was predeceased by her mother, Judith Dussault.

A memorial service will be held Wednesday, July 11, 2018 at 3:00 PM at Spears Funeral Home, 96 Dickinson Ave., Enosburg Falls. A time of visitation will be on Wednesday at Spears Funeral Home from 2:00 PM until the hour of her service.
