Jody Trudell

ALBURGH- Jody A. Trudell, age 53, peacefully passed away on August 20th, 2025, at his residence surrounded by his loved ones.

He was born on December 21st, 1971, in Burlington VT to Linda (Miller) Trudell and the late Jim Trudell.

Jody attended Milton High school and was a proud graduate of the class of 1993. Jody was a beloved son, brother, and friend who found joy in the simple pleasures of life, especially comedy movies, soaking up the sun by the water, people-watching and spending time swinging from his favorite swing. Jody came to appreciate the outdoors, often spending time at the beach and embracing everything nature had to offer. His infectious spirit and love for laughter brought joy to everyone he met, and he will be fondly remembered for his unique ability to connect with those around him.

Jody is survived by his siblings, Ben Trudell and his wife Amanda Hoss, Scott Trudell and Jim Trudell and his wife Amy; nieces and nephews, Brayden, Brody, Matigan, Cole, Colby and his wife Jordan Ann, Brianna, Jordan, Briley, Paisley, Charlie, and Laya; aunts, Trudy Kastle, Patsy Bedard and Mary Jane Pary; cousins, Michael Hoffman and Bobby Jean Bellavue. They will carry his memory in their hearts, cherishing the many moments they shared together.

Jody's family will hold a Celebration of Life gathering at a later date.
