It is with great sorrow that the family of Joshua Ray Many, age 37, announce his unexpected passing on May 10th, 2025.
Joshua was born on April 2nd, 1988, in Saint Albans, Vermont to Laura (Allard) Many and Kevin Many.
He was born with a passion for adventure and anything with a motor or wheels. He began riding snowmobiles and four wheelers at a very young age and enjoyed tinkering with cars, trucks, heavy equipment and really anything that he could make move. Growing up in the family sand pits and autobody shops with his Pepe' and father, Josh was always finding something to do, something to take apart, or somewhere to ride. He was a thrill seeker with a passion for hunting, listening to music and getting stuck in the mud just to prove he could get himself out, which he always did. Always. Josh was fiercely loyal, always willing to help a friend and would go out of his way to support them in any way he could. He had an infectious smile and charisma that gravitated people towards him. Josh was a giver of hugs, and you were guaranteed one if he saw you in public; it wasn't optional. Josh was a proud father who would brag about his daughters any time the opportunity presented itself. Josh loved his family and was proud to be part of both the Many and Allard family, reminding people often of the accomplishments of his Pepe' and father in the auto industry, and keeping up with his cousin in politics.
Josh is survived by his partner, Katrina Montgomery; his daughters, Akiah Rae, Asha Rose and Miya Mae and their mother, Samantha Bockus; his grandfather "pepe" Raymond Many and wife, Jaqueline (Coon) Many; his mother, Laura (Allard) Many; father, Kevin Many and stepmother Wendy (Baldwin) Many; his brother Jeremy Allard and partner Lacy Laughlin; his sisters, Jordan (Many) King, Jenalee Many, Jerika Many and her fiancé Edwin Smith, and Nicole Barrette.
Joshua is also survived by many nieces and nephews that he loved dearly: Adaley, Sophia, Aurora, Zoey, Avalyn, and Foryst; nephews, Jayden, Maddox, Waylon, Elias, Oliver, Atticus, Finnley and Elliott. Josh also leaves behind many uncles, including Michael Allard, whom Josh was close with, aunts, and cousins. He also leaves behind his dog and best friend Zaylee (aka Fuzzy). Josh is predeceased by his great grandmother Evelyn (Laplant) Many; grandmother, Dorothy (Abare) Allard Lawyea; grandfathers, George Allard and Kenneth Lawyea; grandmother, Jane (Therrien) Many, and brother-in- law Nicolas Tanner.
In lieu of flowers donations can be made to "For the Love of Dogs VT", P.O. Box 1112, Waitsfield, Vermont
