Kevin Many

Kevin M. Many, age 61 passed away on Sunday, June 14, 2026 at the University of Vermont Medical Center, surrounded by family members.

He was born March 19, 1965 in St. Albans to Raymond and the late Jane (Therrien) Many.

Kevin loved the outdoors. He was often "distracted" by trees, always looking for the next one to cut down. He loved hunting and just being out in the quiet of nature. He loved four-wheeling, snowmobiling and boating. He especially enjoyed his recent fishing excursions on the lake with his brother Bob. Kevin also had a love for fast cars and enjoyed pushing them to the limit.

Growing up, Kevin and his brothers were known for playing pranks on family and friends. More than once, their father, Raymond, could be found chasing after them. Kevin had a close relationship with his cousin Danny, who learned from watching these pranks, to run as fast as you can, otherwise Raymond would teach you a lesson!

Kevin had four children from his previous marriage. Jordan, Jenalee, Joshua, and Jerika.

Kevin had intense love and commitment for his family and would go to great lengths to protect and care for his loved ones. He had a love for sweets, especially chocolate, which would always make him smile.

Kevin met his current wife, Wendy, in the summer of 1995, and they married in August 2000. Together, Wendy and Kevin hosted countless family gatherings, beginning in their tiny kitchen apartment and then in their home they built, specifically to accommodate their large family. Their home became the center for holidays and celebrations, filled with Kevin's kids, significant others, and 11 grandchildren. Kevin and Wendy enjoyed these times immensely. Kevin would spare no effort in creating memorable experiences for his children and grandchildren. Some Christmases and 4th of July's were louder than others! The grandkids called Kevin grandpa or grumpy. Either way, he really enjoyed being a "grumpy" grandpa.

Kevin had an extremely tight bond with his father, Raymond, and his aunt Joan who was like a mother to him. From the young age of 13, Kevin had a natural talent for tinkering on cars and learning about autobody work from his father. He worked alongside his dad for years in the autobody industry, learning the ins and outs of the trade. Together, they started a family legacy. With only a 10th grade education, Kevin grew into a very successful businessman.  Kevin and his wife, Wendy, have owned and operated Many's Autobody for 26 years. Kevin was known for his dedication to his profession. He had a meticulous attention to detail and quality. He had a knack for putting people at ease with his straightforward attitude. The care and concern that he showed towards his customers will have a lasting impact on so many that came through those doors.

Kevin is survived by his wife, Wendy Many; his daughters, Jordan (Many) King, Jenalee Many, and Jerika Many (fiancé Ed Smith); his father, Raymond Many and his wife Jacqueline; siblings, Allan Many and his wife Teresa, Steve Many and his wife Deborah, Chris Many and his wife Lisa; step-brother, Bob Cook and his wife Angie; 11 grandchildren, Jayden, Maddox, Aurora, Zoey, Finnley, Akiah, Asha, Miya, Adaley, Ava, Elliott; his special aunt, Joan Luce; several cousins, nieces & nephews, uncle, aunt, and stepson. Kevin was predeceased by his son, Joshua Many; his mother, Jane Many; and son-in-law, Nicholas Tanner.

Friends & family are invited to Kevin's visitation from 4:00 - 7:00 PM on Wednesday, July 8, 2026 at the Goss Life Celebration Home, 89 Grand Avenue, Swanton, VT.
