MONTGOMERY - Laure Anne (Cot) Chusid, age 89 of Montgomery Center, VT passed away on July 18, 2014.March 23, 1925 - July 18, 2014
Born March 23, 1925 in Angers, Quebec, Canada, daughter of the late Gaston Cot and Yvonne (Scantland) Cot; she was the second of seven children. A graduate of Lyndon Institute class of 1944, she became a registered pharmacist in 1949. She married Paul Chusid in 1951 and was an active artist-painter.
She is survived by her son Marc of Denver, CO and her grandchildren Kristen, Jesse Rae, Nicholas and Peter. She was pre-deceased by her husband, Paul in 2002 and her son Eric in 2011.
A memorial gathering is being planned for September in Montgomery Center, Vermont.
