Marcia Jane Sylvestre

 ALBURGH - Mr. Miles Sylvestre and Marcia (Poquette) Sylvestre have finally reunited with each other. Miles passed away on February 21st, 2024, and Marcia on April 19, 2026.

Mr. Miles Sylvestre, beloved husband, father, grandfather, uncle, brother, and friend. Miles was born on December 18th, 1950 in Waterloo, Quebec as the second eldest son, soon to be joined by seven younger siblings.

Mrs. Marcia Sylvestre nee Poquette, beloved wife, mother, grandmother, sister, aunt and friend. Marcia was born on April 20th, 1954 in St. Albans, Vermont as the second eldest daughter, soon to be joined by four younger siblings.

Both of them loved to play cards with family and friends, go to deer camp, fish, and travel. To have known Marcia and Miles is to have been loved and have a wonderful time.

Miles and Marcia were married August 26th, 1972 surrounded by their most loved family and friends. They had four children together, Jennifer, Jamie, Jessica, and Jonathan, and combined have six grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. They worked hard until it was time to retire and enjoy their peace, traveling, and grandchildren.

Both of them loved to play cards with family and friends, go to deer camp, fish, and travel. To have known Marcia and Miles is to have been loved and have a wonderful time.

Friends and family are invited to Marcia and Miles life celebration to include a visitation on Saturday, May 9th from 1-3:00PM. A funeral service will follow at 3:00PM at the Goss Life Celebration Home, 89 Grnad Ave., Swanton, VT 05488. Interment will follow in St. Amadeus Cemetery, Alburgh, VT.
