RICHFORD– Marion R. Paul, entered the Lord’s kingdom on Monday, February 1, 2021 with her family by her side at her home in Richford.

She was born in Orwell, VT on June 16 to the late Clarence and Alta (Johnson) Morse.

Marion grew up and attended school in Orwell and in her later years moved to Connecticut where she met the love of her life, Douglas Paul. The two married on December 9, 1972 and made their forever home in Richford. Besides caring for her family, Marion was passionate about her community and helping others including teaching bible study, which was very important to her. Marion enjoyed sewing and baking and loved to share her sweets with countless loved ones throughout the years. Above all Marion was companionate, strong, and showed endless love for her family, friends, and all living creatures, especially her cats.

She is survived by her loving husband, Douglas Paul of Richford; children, Glenn Quesnel of Mansfield, CT, Eddy Quesnel and his wife Terri of Silver Springs, FL, Tina Johnson and her husband Patrick of Silver Springs, FL, and Michael Paul and his wife Karen of Richford; step-children, Kenneth Paul and his wife Cindy of Rockville, CT, and Raymond Paul and his wife Mary of Ashford, CT; 16 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; brother, Larry Morse and his wife Rita of Phoenix, AZ; siblings-in-law, Marilyn Toth and her husband Ed of Tolland, CT, Daniel Paul of Arcadia, FL, Timothy Paul and his wife Dawn of Natural Bridge, VA, Lydia Larson of Vernon, CT; and Johnathan Paul and his significant other of Ashford, CT; several nieces and nephews; and her beloved cat, Gracie. Besides her parents, Marion was predeceased by her sister, Lona Marcomb and her husband John; siblings-in-law, Yvonne Paul, Roberta Wolkawitz, and her husband John.

In keeping with Marion’s wishes, services will be private and held this summer at her home.
