ST. ALBANS - Paul J. Patry, age 80, passed away on Wednesday, December 17th, 2025 at the Northwestern Medical Center.

Paul was born on May 5, 1945, in Patterson, New Jersey to Joseph and Francis Patry.

Paul was a veteran and had rank Chief Warrant Officer in Vietnam, received 5 medals, one being a Bronze Star. He was an ARMY Helicopter pilot from 1965 - 1970. He was in 2-17 Calvary in Vietnam, and joined Charlie Company, as a Helicopter Pilot, his job being a scout.

He was the owner of St. Albans Video for 12 years, and later Patry Graphic on Elm Street in St. Albans. Following this he worked as a TSA Agent in the Burlington Airport. He was a gentle, loving, and caring husband.

Paul leaves his wife of 38 years behind, Margaret; two stepsons, John Bourdeau and his wife Katherine, and their children, Ashley, J.P Bourdeau and his wife, Houston and their child, Vivienne, Mitchell and Zachary and Marc Bourdeau and his children, Joshua, Jenna, and Jordan Bourdeau. Paul was the oldest of 9 children and leaves behind Jimmy, Thomas, Steven, Ellen, Maura, John, Jane and Suzanne Berry, and many nieces and nephews.

Friends and family are invited to Paul's Life celebration to include a memorial service on Tuesday, December 23rd at 1:00PM at the Goss Life Celebration Home, 89 Grand Ave., Swanton, VT 05488.
