Ralph "Bud" LaBelle Jr.

SWANTON – Ralph “Bud” LaBelle Jr., age 57, passed away unexpectedly at his home in Swanton.

He was born in St. Albans, on June 9, 1964 to Elizabeth P. LaBelle and the late Ralph A. LaBelle Sr.

Ralph graduated from Missisquoi Valley Union High School and was a life-long resident of this area. He worked on a number of farms throughout his life, and he also operated heavy equipment. His favorite hobby was playing horseshoes.

He is survived by his mother, Elizabeth LaBelle, and her significant other, Randy Colby of Swanton; siblings, Guy LaBelle and his wife, Anita of Alabama, and Leshia Ovitt and her boyfriend, Ron Pilbin; and several nieces, nephews and cousins. Bud was predeceased by his father, Ralph A. LaBelle; and his sister, Rosemarie LaBelle-Wells.

Friends & family are invited to Bud’s Life Celebration to include a memorial service on Wednesday, July 28, 2021 at 1:00 PM at The Goss Life Celebration Home, 89 Grand Ave., Swanton, VT. Interment will follow in Highgate Center Cemetery.
