ENOSBURG FALLS - Steven L. Day, age 56, passed away unexpectedly on Wednesday, September 4, 2019.
He was born in St. Albans on August 8, 1963 to the late Charles & Shirley (Broe) Day.
Steven married the love of his life, Tammie (Ward) Day, on June 22, 2013. They enjoyed traveling, spending time together, working around their home, and going to the movies. Steven had a career with the U.S. Army and National Guard, and he as an Iraq veteran. He loved the outdoors, especially hunting in the woods or riding on his motorcycle.
He is survived by his wife, Tammie Day of Enosburg Falls; and countless family members and friends that loved him dearly. Besides his parents, Steven was predeceased by his brother, Chris Day.
Friends and family are invited to honor Stevens service to our country by attending military honors on Monday, September 9, 2019 at 5:00 PM at Spears Funeral Home, 96 Dickinson Ave., Enosburg Falls.
Visitation will be held on Monday at Spears Funeral Home from 3:00 PM until military honors takes place.
