May 16, 1964 — April 11, 2026

BAKERSFIELD - Steven Wayne Domina, age 61, passed away unexpectedly on Saturday, April 11, 2026.

He was born in St. Albans on May 16, 1964 the son of the late Beverly (Doe) Domina and Raymond Domina Sr.

Steven was a true craftsman at heart, known for his incredible skills and versatility. From his early days, he dedicated himself to supporting his family through a variety of jobs. However, it was welding that truly captured his passion-a testament to his creative spirit and work ethic.

His playful spirit and love for pranks kept everyone on their toes, while his warm heart and fierce loyalty made him the kind of person you could always count on.

Outside of work Steven found joy in socializing with friends and family, spending time in the great outdoors, enjoying activities like hunting, fishing, and camping. He had a particular fondness for country westerns and Yellowstone, his purple Barracuda, and listening to country music, especially on Saturday nights with "Country Gold." Those moments of joy reflect the simple pleasures he cherished.

He is survived by his children, Cody Flanders and his wife Taylor, Cole Domina, and Trevor Domina; grandchildren, Rory and Corinne; siblings, Carolyn Audette, Linda Domina and her husband Rick, Raymond Domina Jr., Cindy Perry, and Susan Callan and her husband Brad; his partner, Lisa Tibbits; his life-long friend, Jessie Soule and his family; and several nieces, nephews, and cherished friends.
