Todd Pennell

ENOSBURGH FALLS - Todd M. Pennell, age 62, passed away on December 22nd, 2025, at his residence.

Todd was born on January 14th,1963, in Boston, MA, to Joseph Pennell Sr. and the late Joan (Berry) Thibodeau.

Todd proudly served in the Air Force, embodying the spirit of dedication and service that would follow him throughout his life. He was a man of many passions, best known as a rooter for New Orleans Saints. His enthusiasm for the game was infectious, drawing friends and family into spirited discussions about the season. In Enosburg Falls, VT, Todd found his home, where he cherished afternoons fishing and ice fishing. Todd always looking forward to gathering with friends at their family cottage in Maine to go ice fishing. Todd had an indelible spirit that drew people to him. He loved old-school cartoons, often reminiscing about the shared joy and laughter they brought to his childhood, and he carried that nostalgia into his adult life. Most of all, Todd was a proud father who loved spending time with his children and grandchildren who meant everything to him.

Todd is survived by his father, Joseph Pennell Sr. and his wife Cecilia; children, Michael Pennell and his wife Sara, Joey Pennell, Keith Ryan, Kerri Pennell, Julianna Gebo and his dog Emma; grandchildren, Madison, Lilah, Owen, Axel, Theodore, Julian, Jeremiah and Keith III; siblings, Wayne Pennell, Brett Pennell and his wife Linda, Richard Thibodeau, and Russell Thibodeau; many nieces and nephews. In addition to his mother, Todd was pre-deceased by his brothers, Michael MacQuarrie and Joseph Pennell; and stepfather, Steve Thibodeau.

In respecting Todd's wishes, the family will host a private celebration of life.
