January 2, 1965 — May 9, 2019

ENOSBURG -William H. BJ Hamilton, Jr., age 54, passed away unexpectedly on Thursday, May 9, 2019, at University of Vermont Medical Center in Burlington.

He was born in Burlington, Vermont on January 2, 1965 the son of William H. Hamilton, Sr. and the late Pamela (Greene) Hamilton.

After high school BJ and his father, William worked together doing carpentry in the area. He was an avid sports fan, dedicated to the Boston Red Sox. One of his great joys was his motorcycle, the Intruder, a sense of freedom and so many beautiful places to ride. His greatest joy in life was being able to coach his nieces and nephews on their various baseball & softball leagues, known to all the children as Uncle . At a time when his mother grew sick, BJ assisted his father in taking care of her at home. In recent months BJ retired early to spend time with his father and help him around the homestead, taking trips, fixing and tinkering with things. His warm and loving smile will be remembered and greatly missed.

He is survived by his father, William H. Hamilton, Sr, his sister, Kathy Westcom and her husband David of Bakersfield; his brother, Brian Hamilton and his wife, Angel of Murfreesboro, TN; nieces, Kayla & Alayna, nephews, Jaren, Colby, Devon and many aunts, uncles and cousins.
