Traditional Services
Many people find comfort in the tried-and-true traditional funeral. A traditional funeral would incorporate visitation, a funeral service, and interment. The starting point for this type of service is around $6,900 + cash advances. Financial assistance is available for families that qualify.
Visitation, Wake, Viewing
The visitation may also be referred to as a wake or viewing. It typically takes place the evening before the funeral, but in some instances, it would take place an hour or two before the funeral service.
Funeral Service
The term funeral service refers to a service with the body present. A funeral service can take place almost anywhere, but most commonly, it is held in one of our funeral homes or a church. It may or may not have a religious component.
Interment
The interment may also be referred to as a burial or committal. Interment typically occurs immediately following the funeral service and family and friends drive to the cemetery in procession. If the cemetery is closed for the season, we have an onsite vault for shelter until burial can take place.
